TITUSVILLE, Fla. (April 15, 2014) – Ruthman Companies of Cincinnati opened a 12,000- square-foot warehouse in Titusville, Fla. The new warehouse is home to Great Southern Pump, a division of Ruthman Companies, which has recently celebrated 100 years of innovation in the pump industry. Great Southern Pump services the water, wastewater and industrial markets in Florida.
Great Southern Pump is the exclusive Deming Vertical Turbine Pump representative for the state of Florida, as well as representing Gusher Pumps and Nagle Pumps. Their new warehouse will handle sales, service, repair and inventory support. Also included in the future planning for the Titusville location is a pump testing facility to assist in expediting delivery and repair of pumps.
Scott Thurrott, who has assisted engineers and municipalities in the selection and pricing of vertical turbine pumps in Florida for over 35 years, will maintain offices at the new Titusville location along with outside sales personnel, inside application engineers and mechanics.
