ST. MICHAEL, Minnesota, and DALLAS (July 7, 2014) – U.S. Water Services, Inc., announced the merger of Texas-based ChemCal, Inc., and U.S. Water. ChemCal was established in 1985 serving the mid-southern United States.

For U.S. Water, the merger enables the Minnesota-based water treatment company to expand its growing national footprint in mid-market industrial water treatment with geographic access to a territory prominent in oil and gas, a key growth segment for the future.
