OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. (Jan. 12, 2015) – PSG, a Dover Company, has announced that Craig Paulson has been appointed vice president of Human Resources. In this position, Paulson will be responsible for aligning the Human Resources strategies with PSG business strategies as the company continues to grow organically and through acquisition. He will report directly to Karl Buscher, president of PSG.

Prior to joining PSG, Paulson was the vice president of human resources for Waukesha Bearings, a Dover Company. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the execution of the company’s global strategic plan related to each of the three business unit’s growth strategies. While at Waukesha Bearings, he led the human resources functions for all of the U.S.-based manufacturing facilities, along with the international manufacturing locations in the UK, China and Latin America as well as sales and engineering offices in the UK, India and Russia. Prior to that, Paulson was the global human resources leader at Danaher Corporation and director of human resources and compensation at Eaton/Cooper Power Systems.

Paulson has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial sociology and a Master of Science degree in human resources and labor relations from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He will be based out of the PSG corporate offices in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
