PHOENIX, Ariz. (Nov. 27, 2015) – Bill Sommers, president of Pressure Systems Inc. (PSI), has agreed to sponsor a new generation of engineers while they work on completing their eProjects as seniors in the Polytechnic School, one of the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.

PSI and New Technologies Group, LLC (NTG) invited students to work off campus at PSI, providing them with practical experience from local industry mentors.

“Pressure Systems is known for specializing in manufacturing custom water systems for diversified industries,” said Bill Sommers.

PSI has also developed outdoor climate control technology, industrial pressure washing and agricultural systems that protect livestock and decontaminate farm facilities. “Serving companies like Kennecott Copper, The Salt River Project, the Arizona Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Defense has not only been a great honor, but it has also helped us reinforce our experience and reputation,” said Chris Sommers, vice president of PSI.

“A top innovative university like ASU working with PSI and NTG has allowed the future engineers to participate in groundbreaking technical solutions to real-world problems,” said Paul Greenshields of NTG.
