OAKBROOK TERRACE, Illinois (June 24, 2016)—PSG, a Dover company, announced that Heather Graham has been appointed vice president of human resources. In this position, Graham will be responsible for PSG’s global Human Resource function. She will report directly to Karl Buscher, president of PSG.
“Throughout her career, Heather has held various leadership positions, domestically and internationally,” said Buscher. “She has demonstrated expertise in organizational planning, talent management, succession planning, compensation and employee relations. Heather’s skills in organizational planning and development, as well as her business partnering capability, make her a welcome addition to the PSG team.”
Prior to joining PSG, Graham was most recently the global human resources director for PetroTechnical Services at Schlumberger. She holds a bachelor of political science degree and a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Michigan State University. Graham will be based out of PSG's corporate offices in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
