PARIS, France (June 30, 2016)—SPX Flow has signed a contract with French utility giant EDF to deliver safety pumps for the next phase of EDF’s ongoing Fukushima response program to further enhance robust safety standards across its nuclear fleet in France.

Antoine Vassallo, Director of EDF/DIPDE, Marseille, signed the contract with Christophe Bouvet, Managing Director of SPX Flow’s nuclear center of excellence in Annecy, where the equipment will be manufactured. The signing took place at EDF’s exhibition stand on the first day of the World Nuclear Exhibition in Paris, France.
