FRANKENTHAL, Germany (Feb. 22, 2017)—Three members of KSB AG’s Supervisory Board announced their resignations in February, according to documents released by the company.

Supervisory Board Chairman Thomas Seeberg on Feb. 16 announced he is resigning from his position on the board effective Feb. 28. Seeberg has been a member of the board since May 2012 and has served as chairman since September 2015.

Also on Feb. 16, Supervisory Board member Martin Auer announced his resignation, which becomes effective Feb. 28. Auer has served on the board since May 2010.

In a statement released on Feb. 17, KSB announced that Supervisory Board member Stella Ahlers is resigning from her position effective March 20. Ahlers has been a board member since May 2016.

In the company’s statements about their departures, the board members attributed their decision to leave on “different views of the company’s future direction.”
