ROSEMONT, IL. -- Wilo USA is welcoming two new leaders in its marketing and sales offices.
Tim Stapula has been tapped as Wilo's new director of marketing. Stapula will oversee the strategy and management of Wilo's marketing program, including the direction of content creation, social media management, ad campaigns and news releases. According to a Wilo release, Stapula previously worked as a marketing manager for a major precision tooling company.
“Tim has demonstrated his expertise at developing innovative marketing solutions throughout his career,” Wilo President Tim Ruppert said. "His extensive experience with creating successful marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, his skillful management of marketing campaigns and trade shows, and his diverse skill set make him an ideal fit for Director of Marketing at Wilo.”
In sales, Brian Dretske will join Wilo as regional sales manager of water management for the Northwest region. Dretske has previously worked as a territory/branch manager and sales representative in the pumps industry.
“Brian has demonstrated his expertise in building key relationships in major markets and consistently reaching targets,” Ruppert said of Dretske. "His skill at building customer loyalty, developing detailed forecasts and sales plans, and his accomplishments as a team leader and sales manager make him an ideal fit for Regional Sales Manager at Wilo.”
