IRVING, Texas – ExxonMobil and its employees are donating $49.8 million to almost 840 institutions of higher education across the country as part of the ExxonMobil Foundation’s 2017 Educational Matching Gift Program.

ExxonMobil employees, retirees, directors and surviving spouses contributed $16.9 million, which was matched with $32.9 million in unrestricted grants from the ExxonMobil Foundation.

HOUSTON, Texas – Gardner Denver Petroleum & Industrial Pumps, a total solutions provider to the drilling, well servicing and frac pumps market, announced the opening of Gardner Denver Sudamerica, SRL, an 8,000 square foot facility in Neuquen, Argentina.

The newest location will be able to support frac, drilling, well service and water jetting customers throughout the Vaca Muerta shale basin and subsequently throughout South America.

HOUSTON – Global Compressor LP has opened a service repair center at 13415 Emmett Road, Houston, TX 77041.

With an inventory of more than 28,000 compressor parts, Global Compressor’s repair center is fully equipped to inspect and evaluate all compressor components to offer new, machine-repaired and exchange units. The center is capable of refurbishing, manufacturing and shipping parts to customers the same day.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Xylem Inc. announced that its ozone equipment has been selected to support the City of Grand Forks in developing a new regional water treatment plant. The facility will provide drinking water for the 57,000 people in North Dakota’s third largest city. Xylem’s ozone treatment solution will ensure the water meets all quality standards, is potable and odor-free.
