VECHTA, Germany - German biogas specialist WELTEC BIOPOWER is currently building three anaerobic digestion plants in Northern Ireland. All three 500-kilowatt (kW) plants will shortly be completed and will go live in summer 2018. Two of them are being set up in County Antrim in northeast Northern Ireland. Another plant is being built in Benburb in County Tyrone. WELTEC will soon account for nine of a total of about 40 biogas plants in Northern Ireland.
HOUSTON – Committed to raising awareness of human trafficking, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and United Against Human Trafficking (UAHT) are continuing their four-year partnership. BROUSSARD, La. – Wellsite Fishing and Rental Services, LLC has appointed Ryan Henderson as its new executive vice president.
Based in Houston, Henderson has been serving as Wellsite’s vice president of sales and marketing since October last year. He joined Wellsite after more than 20 years of active service in the US Army and more than 18 years of oil and gas experience in drilling, completions and production in a variety of engineering and sales roles.
RICHMOND, Virginia – Veolia announced that it has entered, through its subsidiary Veolia Energy Operating Services, LLC, into an agreement to upgrade, operate and maintain the utilities infrastructure at the DuPont Spruance manufacturing facility in Virginia, United States. Utility best practices and efficiencies will help reduce costs and improve reliability for DuPont manufacturing site.
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Lafert North America, a manufacturer of metric AC Motors, metric gearboxes and coolant pumps, announced the appointment of Joel Fernandes to the role of sales representative.
Fernandes brings nine years of sales experience to Lafert with time spent in the construction and power distribution industry. Fernandes is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
