Milton Roy and Robert Sheen

In 1936, Robert Sheen, son of Milton Roy Sheen, invented the metering pump in his father's basement. The core of his invention was a method of controlled volume that was inherent in the pump. The initial patterns for casting were also made in Milton Roy Sheen's basement.
