What are your thoughts regarding COVID-19 vaccines for employees? Has your company instituted a mandate?
Our position is simply to follow the applicable rules and regulations. We encourage vaccination, but do not mandate.
How have any price increases of products or materials impacted you or your company?
With rising commodity, labor and freight costs, we have seen significant cost increases. While we do our best to shield our customers from this impact, we have passed on some of this increase to our customers.
What issues have you seen with any material shortages or supply chain issues?
We have seen broadscale lead time extensions of raw materials and sourced components. We have made significant efforts to shield our customers from this impact, however in some cases we have also been required to extend lead-times to our own customers.
What industry trends are you seeing as we go into 2022?
We fully expect supply chain disruptions and continued cost inflation in 2022.
