A developer’s agreement with the City of Cedarburg was approved on Monday, May 11th, with construction scheduled to begin in fall 2020. The new headquarters will bring the combined operations of Wilo USA, Weil Pump, Scot Pump, and Wilo Machine Co. to a single production site.

ROSEMONT, Ill. - Wilo USA, a provider of pumps and pump solutions for building services, water management and groundwater, announced its newly acquired NSF-61 and NSF-372 certifications for its entire range of vertical multistage pressure boosting systems.

Wilo pressure boosting systems are used in residential, commercial and industrial applications such as potable water supplies, irrigation, municipalities, agriculture and industrial processes.

DORTMUND, Germany (March 9, 2017)—WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, has under the terms of an asset deal taken over the operative business of the pump manufacturers Weil Pump Company Inc. and Scot Pump Company and the component manufacturer Karak Machine Corporation.

The three companies, which together employ around 140 people, have their headquarters and production facilities in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Terms of the deal were not provided in a statement about the transaction.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (Feb. 13, 2017)—German-based pump manufacturer Wilo celebrated laying the foundation stone for its new facility located in the Jafza (Jebel Ali Free Zone) of Dubai, according to a statement from the company.
