Gaubert is a lubrication engineer and general manager of Gaubert Oil’s IFM division. He leads a team of managers and technicians that provide lubrication services to the industrial market. While founding IFM he spent time at various industrial sites preforming oil analysis, oil dehydration and filtration, and lube oil flushing services. Gaubert graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and holds a STLE CLS, OMA and MLT certification.

Church is a project manager of Gaubert Oil’s IFM division. He leads a team of technicians that provide lubrication services to the industrial market. While working with IFM he has spent time at various industrial sites installing embedded lubrication technicians, performing oil dehydration and filtration, and performing preventative maintenance reservoir cleanings. Church graduated from California State University Maritime with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and a minor in power generation.
