Pressure gauges are early warning devices that can identify potential problems before a failure or safety incident occurs. This webinar will help you rethink the role pressure gauges play in improving your plant’s productivity.

Expert Jason Deane discusses how pressure gauges support a plant’s reliability-centered maintenance efforts. Learn about the five-step audit process implemented to reset and sustain the accuracy of a plant’s mechanical gauge population. Deane also presents research about the current state of pressure gauges, the trends driving it and the associated risks. The webinar also features the most common reasons for gauge failure identified by WIKA’s Full Audit Service Team after performing more than 300 instrumentation audits in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pulp & paper and power generation plants.

This webinar will help you learn to:

  • Improve uptime
  • Lower expenses
  • Reduce safety risks
  • Eliminate unplanned shutdowns
  • Address potential problems before failure
  • Support reliability-centered maintenance efforts
  • Identify reasons for gauge failure
