Stancil is a certified maintenance reliability technician with over 12 years of reliability-centered maintenance expertise. He is a Cat 3 vibration analyst, a Cat 2 ultrasound analyst, a Cat 2 IR analyst and a Cat 2 oil analyst with a wear debris certificate. Stancil has extensive experience with both route-based and permanent machine condition monitoring installations.
