IVYLAND, Pa. (Nov. 1, 2013) – Kerry Baskins has been named Vice President, General Manager for Milton Roy Americas. Baskins will be working in Houston. His responsibilities include leading the Americas in growth and sales strategy.
Baskins has experience at both the manufacturer and distributor levels. He is an entrepreneurial, people-oriented leader with more than 23 years of leadership experience in diverse markets including residential buildings, commercial buildings, agriculture/irrigation, industrial, and municipal and water treatment.
Baskin has spent the past two years in various global leadership positions for Viking and Wright Flow Commercial Operations, most recently as vice president of Global Sales. Viking Pump provides positive displacement, rotary gear and vane pumps. Wright Flow Technologies is operated through the Viking organization and provides sanitary lobe and circumferential piston pumps. While at Viking, Kerry was responsible for setting up the operations and supply chain footprint in China and has developed extensive business development work in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East with a focus on global aftermarket sales.
Prior to Viking Pump, Kerry spent seven years working for Grundfos with responsibilities for industrial and municipal business units, water treatment business unit, all customer service, applications engineering and project sales operations and all corporate marketing and communications.
