AURORA, Ill. - Joe Garbarski has retired as president of AmeriChem Systems, Inc (ASI). and welcomes the new president, Dan Wagner, to the helm. Garbarski's 45-year career started at Plastic Piping Systems, becoming the youngest branch manager in the company’s history. From there, he became the vice president of corporate sales for CRECO, and finished the last 16 years of his career as president of ASI, achieving Inc 5000 recognition in 2016, 2017 and 2018. In retirement, he plans to travel and golf, and spend time with his friends and family.
Dan Wagner, a 2006 Marquette University graduate, has been with ASI since 2007, moving up from a Project Engineer, to Engineering Manager, Vice President, and begins his role as president August 3, 2020.
