AUSTIN, Texas – Infinitum has announced the appointment of Vikas Desai as chief commercial officer. Desai will oversee Infinitum’s commercial efforts and revenue growth.
Desai brings three decades of customer-focused leadership experience to Infinitum, having built and scaled multiple global businesses across the solar energy and technology sectors. Prior to joining Infinitum, Desai served as chief commercial officer of Maxeon Solar Technologies where he oversaw the company’s commercialization strategy.
Desai has held prior leadership roles as CEO of Powerside, CEO of EchoFirst, SVP of Flextronics, SVP at SunEdison and as general manager at SunPower, where he successfully scaled the global distributed generation business from its inception to $1 billion in revenue within five years.
