With more than 15 years of HR leadership experience across energy, transportation and software development sectors, Williams brings deep knowledge in aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives. Her previous leadership roles have honed her ability to build scalable, people-first HR strategies that drive organizational success and employee satisfaction.

Williams earned her bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Permian Basin Chapter.
