DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – SJE, Inc. has announced the acquisition of LangeTech. The acquisition of LangeTech represents a significant growth opportunity for SJE to continue scaling its Engineered Control Solutions (ECS) business unit. This marks SJE’s seventh acquisition since 2021 and the second in 2025.

Founded in 2002, LangeTech Inc. specializes in comprehensive system integration and automation solutions, serving industries with a wide array of technical services. Their expertise encompasses total system integration—including control system architecture, hardware, software development, instrumentation and project management—as well as SCADA and control systems for local and remote operations across various sectors, such as water and wastewater and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
