MIDDLETON, Wis. – Fristam Pumps USA has announced the addition of Erich Inglin as application engineer, further strengthening the company’s technical support team and commitment to delivering expert hygienic process solutions to customers across North America.
In his new role, Inglin will support customers, channel partners and internal sales teams by providing application guidance, product selection, troubleshooting support and on-site assistance. With more than 10 years of experience in application engineering and industrial automation, Inglin brings a strong technical foundation combined with a hands-on, customer-focused approach. His background includes gearbox sizing and selection, variable frequency drive (VFD) programming and troubleshooting, programmable logic controller (PLC) programming, failure analysis, SolidWorks design and managing complex application projects.
Inglin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has extensive experience supporting sales organizations, performing on-site installations and startups, developing demo systems and working directly with end users to resolve challenging application needs.
