HOUSTON, Texas (Sept. 28, 2015) – ValvTechnologies, Inc. has named Vicky Stubblefield director of Global Supply Chain Operations.

Based in Houston, Stubblefield will have executive responsibility for ValvTechnologies’ global sourcing and purchasing groups, leading the development and execution of supply chain strategies and performance on a worldwide basis.

WASHINGTON (Sept. 24, 2015) – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to modernize Clean Water Act reporting for municipalities, industries and other facilities. The final rule will require regulated entities and state and federal regulators to use existing, available information technology to electronically report data required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program instead of filing written paper reports.

(Sept. 17, 2015) – Stan Meiburg, acting deputy administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will deliver the keynote address at the Water Leaders Session - “The Impact of Leadership: Culture, Communication, and Community in Great Water Cities.” The session is part of a lineup of Monday morning programming for WEFTEC 2015—the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) 88th annual technical exhibition and conference.

(Sept. 17, 2015) – The International Desalination Association (IDA) announced that the recently concluded 2015 IDA World Congress attendance surpassed 1,700, with delegates from 63 countries representing Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia, and countries such as Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Côte D'Ivoire, Chile and Argentina.
