RYE BROOK, N.Y. (Jan. 22, 2015) – Xylem Inc. has announced the appointment of Anthony Milando as senior vice president for Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation, effective Feb. 2. In this newly created position, Milando will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process simplification across the organization, reporting directly to president and CEO Patrick Decker.

ST. LAWRENCE, Mass. (Jan. 22, 2015) – Asahi/America, Inc., recently announced the promotion of Daniel S. Anderson to the office of president and CEO. The announcement was made to Asahi/America employees Dec. 11, 2014 by former president and CEO Hidetoshi Hashimoto, who will remain with the Massachusetts-based company as chairman of the board of directors. Anderson assumed his new position Jan. 1, 2015.

GARDEN CITY PARK, N.Y. (Jan. 22, 2015) – Power-Flo Pumps & Systems, manufacturer of pumps and systems for applications in wastewater, dewatering and pressure boosting, has appointed Mark D’Agostino as vice president of sales.

EXTON, Penn. (Jan. 13, 2015) – Bentley Systems, Incorporated, has acquired U.K.-based C3global, provider of web-based Amulet software for operational analytics. Bentley’s AssetWise platform, which serves configuration management, asset health monitoring, inspection, maintenance and compliance for infrastructure assets, can now deliver additional actionable insights as asset performance management is extended, through AssetWise Amulet, for asset performance modeling.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. ( Jan. 19, 2015) – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based L.B. Foster Company today announced the acquisition of TEW Engineering Ltd. of Nottingham, U.K., an Application Engineering Group that designs, manufactures and supports applications for rail markets and other major industries. The 100-year-old firm specializes in rail engineering solutions for control room, passenger information and trackside signaling applications.

PAMPA MELCHORITA, Peru (Jan. 19, 2015) – GE Oil & Gas today announced it has been awarded a long-term contractual service agreement (CSA) through General Electric International Peru to support the Peru LNG S.R.L liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility in Pampa Melchorita, Peru, approximately 100 miles south of Lima. The new CSA agreement will cover the plant’s services requirements for 13 years.
