OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (Nov. 11, 2014) – CTBJM Pumps has hired Monet Morrison as customer service representative.
Monet will work alongside Laurie Auger and Michele Gometz in customer service. Her responsibilities include assisting with inquiries, referring end users to the distribution network, assisting customers with product price and availability questions, and numerous other duties.

(Nov. 10, 2014) – ITT Corporation’s Goulds Pumps is launching the fourth annual World of Pumps Quiz, an online pump knowledge game that has attracted industry contestants from more than 150 countries. The latest version of the quiz began the second week of November, and will run until midnight on March 29, 2015, offering new sets of basic and expert-level questions on a biweekly basis.
IQUIQUE, Chile (Nov. 10, 2014) – The Chilean pump manufacturer Neptuno Pumps has won the 2014 Avonni, Chile’s national innovation award in its most competitive category, mining and metallurgy. It won with its “Energy efficiency improvement and CO2 emission reduction of a pumping system for a mining company in Chile.”
CLACKAMAS, Ore. (Nov. 10, 2014) – Ron Aceto has been named municipal market manager for Cornell Pump. Aceto joined Cornell Pump in March 2013, as the North Atlantic regional manager, with responsibilities for municipal, industrial, food, refrigeration, mining and water transfer markets in the Canadian Maritimes and the U.S. Eastern Seaboard to down to Virginia.
