CHARLOTTE, N.C., – Honeywell has announced that it has agreed to acquire Sundyne from private equity firm Warburg Pincus for $2.16 billion in an all-cash transaction. This represents approximately 14.5x 2024 EBITDA on a tax-adjusted basis. Sundyne is a leader in the design, manufacturing and aftermarket support of highly-engineered pumps and gas compressors used in process industries.
FRANKFORT, Ky. – On Saturday, February 22, 2025, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will deploy its mobile laboratory to assist the state and local health departments ensure public water and drinking water from private wells is safe to drink.
ATLANTA – As part of the fight against hunger, the 2025 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) raised $33,894 for the Atlanta Community Food Bank through its ‘Giving Back to Atlanta’ campaign. This donation included $14,500 from IPPE, Hawkins Inc. and WATT Global Media, along with additional contributions of $5,000 from Expo Auctions and $2,194 from B & B Glass Studio. Individual donations from numerous IPPE attendees amounted to $12,200.
