COLUMBUS, Ohio (Aug. 4, 2014) – FCX Performance, Inc., announced that it has completed the acquisition of Corrosion Fluid Products, Corp. (CFP). Based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, CFP is a regional distributor of pumps, valves, FRP fiberglass and specialty lined pipe, hose and fittings to the process markets from eight branch distribution centers located across the Midwest.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 23, 2014) – FCX Performance, Inc., announced that it completed the purchase of Pump Energy, Inc.

PEI distributes pumps, seals and related aftermarket services and operates from two Texas locations in Stafford and Odessa.
