Dan Stickel, P.E. is the general manager of the Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation. He has more than 10 years of experience in the municipal drinking water industry and 20 years of experience in the utility industry overall. His experience has included underground utility planning for commercial, industrial and municipal systems, as well as operational management of municipal water and wastewater systems.
