Eric Kadaj has more than 10 years experience in the reverse osmosis water treatment industry. His expertise includes system design as well as pump and energy recovery device applications. Kadaj is currently the pump product manager for Energy Recovery Inc. He holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
