He has written numerous procedures for the maintenance, operation and overhaul of pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment. LeBleu has organized predictive and preventive maintenance programs at major chemical plants and has conducted root cause analyses on equipment failures of steam turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, gear boxes, seals, couplings, bearings and heat exchangers and determined a solution to eliminate failure recurrences.
