He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering.Terry Auger is the lead machinist trainer for Toledo Refining Company, LLC a subsidiary of PBF Energy. Terry has more than 30 years of refinery experience and is responsible for the machinist training and development program for the Toledo Refining Company.
