Paul E. (Bud) Baltzer Jr. has a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Michigan State University. He joined Pebco Sales, Inc. and then started Meccom Industrial Products, a subsidiary of Pebco Sales, in 1981. Baltzer became a member of the Fluid Sealing Association in 2005.
