Robert Lax is global product manager for PumpSmart Control Solutions at ITT PRO Services. He has an interdisciplinary engineering and management degree from Clarkson University and an MBA from Syracuse University. He spent more than a decade integrating technologies—such as power electronics and wireless systems with rotating equipment—to improve reliability and reduce energy use.
