Stephen A. Maloney founded Colonial Seal Company in 1994. He retired as a colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2008. He has a Bachelor of Science in management and technology from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science in systems management from the University of Southern California.
