Steven P. Ciesla, P.E. is a reliability engineer for Southern California Edison at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. He is responsible for managing the Vibration Monitoring and Analysis Program at the 2300+ MW dual-unit site as well as providing back-up capabilities in other PdM technologies such as oil analysis, thermography and motor current signature analysis. He has 11 years of experience in the power industry.
