Tim Albers is the director of product management for Nidec Motor Corporation’s commercial and industrial motors and drives division. A senior member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards Association (IEEE SA), he serves on numerous Hydraulic Institute technical committees. With 12 years of active service and reserve duty as a U.S. Navy officer, he was a qualified operating engineering officer.
