SADDLE BROOK, N.J., – PumpMan completed the acquisition of Phoenix, Arizona-based Southwest Waterworks Contractors Inc. Specializing in design, installation and repair of pumps and pump systems, Southwest Waterworks serves the municipal and private utility markets in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

We look forward to building on the knowledge and expertise of Southwest Waterworks, and providing the tools and support necessary to enable the company to meet the region’s increased water demands.”

PumpMan, a leading nationwide provider of pump service and repair, also completed the acquisition of Healdsburg, California-based Groundwater Pump & Well. PumpMan will integrate Groundwater into its Santa Rosa-based Bartley Pump later this year, relocating its employees, equipment and inventory to Bartley’s location. Since 1990, Groundwater Pump & Well has provided innovative clean water solutions for the residential, commercial, agriculture, water treatment, and well-rehabilitation industries.

Ron Foster, Sr., President of Groundwater Pump & Well, will remain with the company following close, as will his son Ron Foster, Jr. They will work together with the Bartley team to build a stronger company able to meet the needs of customers and create an attractive workplace for all employees. As part of PumpMan, the Bartley and Groundwater brands will remain active and add “ A PumpMan NorCal Company” at year-end.
