DALLAS, Texas - Mathew Busby, P.E., joins planning, engineering and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as a project manager. In this role, he will be responsible for the technical design and management of general municipal infrastructure projects in North Texas, including utilities, drainage, and neighborhood streets efforts.
Busby has more than 10 years of experience developing solutions for municipal clients. He has designed projects ranging from utility relocations and pipelines to pump stations and treatment plants. Previously, he worked for engineering firms throughout North Texas as well as in Alberta, Canada.
Busby holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he is a mentor to current students. He is also an active member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Water Environment Association of Texas, and the American Water Works Association. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
