DALLAS, Texas – Purvis Industries has acquired all the assets, brand rights, websites, and intellectual property of Foresight Automation, which is based in Fort Worth, TX. Foresight Automation is an independent systems integrator who has been in operation since 2000 and provides industrial control systems for discrete manufacturing through PLC and HMI designs, as well as for process automation, motion control, and SCADA.
