He will be Tacton’s first Chief Customer Officer, a role created to ensure the company’s customer centricity continues during this period of rapid expansion. His appointment will strengthen the leadership team’s commitment to ensure customers’ success remains the primary mission.
Jens Kuerschner brings over 20 years’ experience, working for software giants such as Oracle, Salesforce, and most recently, Pegasystems, where he served as the Regional Director Consulting for the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region. His previous roles as the Vice President of Salesforce Services DACH, and Director of Sales Consulting for Oracle, demonstrate a solid track record in delivering excellence through customer success and consulting services for cloud-based solutions. His leadership and expertise complement Tacton’s Saas strategy as more manufacturing companies continue digitizing their business processes.
