GLENDALE HEIGHTS, Ill. - Tsurumi America Inc. (Tsurumi) has appointed Christopher Bristol as municipal product sales manager for North America. In this newly created role, Bristol will use his vast experience in the water and pump industry to support Tsurumi’s regional sales team and distribution network in the implementation of the company’s new product line of explosion-proof pumps.
Glenn Wieczorek, managing director at Tsurumi, remarked that “Chris is a dynamic professional with long-standing experience in the pump industry, and his expertise will be crucial for us to develop and maintain relationships with our customers in North America.”
Bristol has more than 20 years of experience in sales management and business development — half of it spent in the pump industry, working for companies such as Xylem, Mueller and PS Pumps & Process. His appointment at Tsurumi has been effective since August 17.
