GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Arq, Inc. has appointed Jeanette McQueeney as vice president of sales and marketing. In the role, McQueeney will spearhead the company’s commercial strategy, including sales, business development, marketing and market expansion initiatives.
Her appointment strengthens Arq’s leadership team and fuels the company’s continued growth in the activated carbon market.
McQueeney brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience spanning chemicals, polymers and advanced materials industries. She most recently served as commercial director at Delrin, where she led a region across the Americas and delivered profitable growth in a mature market segment.
Prior to Delrin, McQueeney spent nearly a decade at Avient, formerly PolyOne, holding leadership roles across regional, channel and multidivisional sales organizations. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams, developed scalable go-to-market strategies and driven sustainable growth through customer-focused execution.

Earlier in her career, McQueeney held roles at Eastman Chemical Co. and ADA Carbon Solutions, now Arq, giving her deep industry expertise and familiarity with the company’s technology and markets.

McQueeney is based out of Atlanta, Georgia, and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, with a minor in math/physics from Eastern Michigan University. She is known for her results-driven, consultative leadership style and customer focus.
