NEW YORK - Augury, an AI-based Machine Health solution provider, today announced that Edward (Ed) Auriemma has been named the company’s first Chief Operating Officer. Auriemma most recently served as EVP and Head of Business Operations at Infor, a $3.2b provider of industry specific cloud-based business applications. Auriemma will lead Augury’s Customer Success, Global Delivery, Global Business Operations and Business Infrastructure.

BALTIMORE – USALCO, a producer of aluminum-based chemicals used in water treatment and refinery catalyst manufacturing, has appointed Ken Gayer as its first non-family chief executive officer (CEO).  Founding family members Peter and David Askew, both of whom have served as former USALCO CEOs, will continue to serve the Company as co-chairmen of the Board of Directors.

Karasch has worked to grow the business and further his career advancing from territory manager to district manager to regional sales manager to director of sales and now national sales manager. 

HOUSTON – Dresser Natural Gas Solutions (Dresser NGS), a provider of measurement, electronics, instrumentation and distribution repair products to the gas utility market, has acquired Flow Safe, a manufacturer of spring-operated and pilot-operated high-performance pressure relief devices based in Orchard Park, NY. The Flow Safe product line focuses on applications for gas utilities, aerospace, marine, industrial gases and other liquid and gas process applications.
