EVERETT, Wash. – Fluke Corporation has announced the appointment of Parker Burke as president and group president of Fortive’s Connected Reliability Group effective July 7, 2025. In this dual role, Burke will lead Fluke and Fluke Reliability in delivering technology and services that help customers around the world reduce downtime, increase safety and unlock operational resilience. 

HOUSTON – DXP Enterprises, Inc. has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Moores Pump & Services, Inc. (“Moores”). Founded in 1972, Moores is headquartered and operates in Broussard, Louisiana, servicing the Gulf Coast region of the U.S. Moores is a leading provider of products and services including fabrication and repairs of rotating equipment and pumping systems. DXP funded the acquisition with cash from the balance sheet.

WEST BROMWICH, England – The British Pump Manufacturers Association has announced that the nomination process for the 2026 Pump Industry Awards is now underway.

SAGINAW, Mich. – Duperon Corporation is strengthening its presence in the municipal water and wastewater sectors with the addition of Paul Jezuit as regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, the Carolinas and his home state of Illinois. In this role, Jezuit will be responsible for making a difference for customers in the water and wastewater communities, placing his sales focus on stormwater and flood control, municipal wastewater and water markets.
