KYOTO, Japan (Feb. 2, 2015) – Nidec Corporation has completed the acquisition of all of the shares in Gerate- und Pumpenbau GmbH Dr. Eugen Schmidt ("GPM") from its shareholders, through its subsidiary, Nidec Motors & Actuators (Germany) GmbH (NMA(G)), on Feb. 2, 2015. ABIDJAN, Ivory Coast (26 January 2015) – Aggreko, a provider of temporary power and temperature control services, has announced a three-year contract extension to its 200 megawatt (MW) gas-fired power project in Ivory Coast, with an option to extend this by a further two years. The Aggreko plant in the Vridi area of Abidjan provides critical power to Ivory Coast and surrounding countries interconnected to the Ivory Coast grid.
