GREENSBORO, N.C. (Aug. 5, 2013) – Tencarva Machinery Company acquired the assets of Pump Technology & Solutions Inc. (PTS), in Cumming, Ga., according to Rod Lee, Tencarva president.
On July 27, 2013, Tencarva purchased Pump Technology & Solutions Inc., a full service pump distributor and manufacturer's representative in Georgia, which will operate as a branch within Tencarva's GPM Division.

(CSI), a manufacturer of custom-engineered thermal solutions, from Industrial Growth Partners for approximately $160 million. Based near Charlotte, N.C., Controls Southeast has annual sales of approximately $50 million.
