DALLAS (March 21, 2013) – Flowserve Corporation announced the installation of Flowserve pumps has begun at the Mittelsbüren combined cycle plant (CCP) located near Bremen, Germany. All of the major pumps in the 440 MW gas turbine power plant are Flowserve pumps, including high-pressure, ring section boiler feedwater pumps; vertical, double-case, multistage, condensate extraction pumps; and vertical, mixed flow, circulating water pumps.

FRANKENTHAL, Germany (March 15, 2013) – KSB Aktiengesellschaft is scheduled to supply a new, state-of-the-art coal-fired power plant located south-east of Pune in the West Indian state of Maharashtra with 16 pumps by November 2014. India's national energy authority is building the supercritical power plant comprising two 660-megawatt units in Solapur.
