WEST JORDAN, Utah (March 6, 2012) – Kelly Davis, Senior Operations & Engineering Manager at Trebor International (an IDEX Corporation), has partnered with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) to form a new technical group focused on supporting the Semiconductor Industry. The technical group will be part of SME’s Automated Manufacturing & Assembly Community. In addition, Kelly will join the AMA Community Advisors.

TOKYO, Japan and ANN ARBOR, Mich. (March 7, 2012) – NSF International and the Japan Water Purification Association (JWPA) are completing a jointly developed protocol to evaluate the ability of certain water filtration products to reduce iodine (including radioactive iodine) from drinking water. Once the protocol is complete, manufacturers can have their activated carbon, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis water filtration technologies tested and certified to ensure effective iodine reduction.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 13, 2012) - The Kansas City Royals announced a partnership making Grundfos the “Official Pump and Pump Systems Provider of the Royals.”   

Grundfos, a pump systems provider, has its world headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and its U.S. headquarters in Olathe, Kansas. The partnership between the Royals and Grundfos is focused on water use and efficiency, both inside and outside of Kauffman Stadium.
