WHEATON, Ill (Feb. 28, 2012) - In-Pipe Technology® Company, Inc. announced the recent appointment of Bulbul Ahmed, Ph.D., to the position of Research and Development Manager to improve and expand In-Pipe’s green sewer collection system treatment. Dr. Ahmed received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 2005, 2008 and 2011, respectively, from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, National University of Singapore and Washington State University.

PITTSBURGH (Feb. 29, 2012) — Chromalox®, a manufacturer of electric heat and control products, has been awarded the ASME Section III “N” certification for pressure-related components for designed equipment entering service in nuclear-designated areas and the “NPT” certification for component parts in nuclear-designated areas, such as pressurized heaters.

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (Feb. 13, 2012) – Pump Solutions Group (PSG®), a business unit within the Engineered Systems segment of Dover Corporation, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Maag Group headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.  The acquisition includes Maag® Pump Systems, Automatik® Pelletizing Systems and Maag® Filtration Systems.

Verder GPM announced that, effective immediately, its name will be Verder, Inc.. Verder, Inc., continues as a joint venture between Glenn Robinson (formerly VerderGPM) and the Liquids Division of the Verder Group based in the Netherlands.
