DAVIDSON, N.C. – Ingersoll Rand Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Pedro Gil Construcciones Mecánicas, S.L. (“Pedro Gil”) and acquired Westwood Technical Limited (“Westwood Technical”) for a combined upfront cash purchase price of approximately $30 million.

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – SJE has hired Chad Thompson as its newest regional sales manager. Chad will be responsible for the Southeast region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, Florida and Alabama) upon Tim Callander’s retirement at the end of the year.
“I needed a change of pace and wanted to work for a great, reputable company,” Thompson said. “SJE provided both. I had heard great things about working for them.”
GERMANTOWN, Wis. – WAGO recently announced that it has named Jesse Cox their new director of automation sales engineering and development. Cox has been with WAGO for 10 years, most recently as the senior sales and application engineer for Linux and IIoT.
ARVADA, Colo. – Sundyne has announced that Victoria Moshashvili has joined the company as director of corporate development & strategic analysis. In this role, Moshashvili will work with Sundyne’s management team to accelerate Sundyne’s growth.
Mayzo Inc. recently added Doug Hartman to the executive team as director of sales and customer care. Hartman replaces Eduardo Padilla in this role, following Padilla’s promotion to President of Mayzo Inc. in 2021.
LONDON – H.E.L Group (H.E.L) today announced three key appointments to the Company’s senior leadership team. Alan Lockley and Edward Quinn join H.E.L as director of global services and director of product development respectively whilst Mark Appleton moves into the new role of director of research.
WAUKESHA, Wis. – Waukesha Foundry Inc. and United Stars Inc. have announced Steve Cooke will be taking over as president of Waukesha Foundry effective September 1st. Steve is replacing John Gerszewski who will be retiring from day-to-day management of Waukesha Foundry but will continue his involvement with the business supporting large scale projects and key initiatives.
LOHR a. MAIN, Germany – Bosch Rexroth has agreed to acquire the motion control specialist Elmo Motion Control Ltd, headquartered in Petach-Tikva, Israel. Elmo develops and produces electrical high-end servo drives and motion controls for industrial automation. The company has around 330 associates. Bosch and Elmo signed an agreement to that effect on September 4th, 2022. The purchase price will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to antitrust approvals.
